Bringing an alternative slant to American minimalism, London's Explore Ensemble and the EXAUDI Vocal Ensemble combine to present works by James Tenney and Steve Reich, culminating with Barbican co-commission of a major new work and world premiere for voices and instruments by composer Catherine Lamb.

As part of the Barbican's "Arvo Pärt at 90" celebrations, 12 Ensemble team up with DJ and producer Koreless to bring a contemporary slant to the 20th century titan's compositions.

Following its sold-out run in 2021, composer Oliver Leith and librettist/co-director Matt Copson’s visceral opera returns to The Royal Opera. Adapted from Gus Van Sant’s 2005 film loosely based on the final days of grunge icon Kurt Cobain, Last Days is an introspective meditation on the silent torment and alienation that created a modern myth.
